The Saddle Run HOA Annual Assessment is due by April 15, 2025.

If you have not sent your payment, please remit payment of $420.00 via check to:

This bill is subject to a 1% per month late payment charge after May 15.

The annual assessment allows for maintenance & repair of our community amenities, and funds the general operating costs of Saddle Run. Please email [email protected] if you need to discuss the possibility of a payment plan.

These documents are for homeowners only and require authorization from the HOA.

Committee Information

We are currently looking for volunteers to join our Architectural, Long-Term Planning and Social Committees. If you are interested, please reach out to the chair person or any Board Member to request information.

Nomination Committee

The purpose of the Nomination Committee is to facilitate nominations for the Board of Directors of the Saddle Run Homeowners Association.

Are you interested in helping find people who would be great BOD members or are you interested in joining the BOD yourself? The BOD is currently looking for people to help the community in all ways. Reach out to us at [email protected] to find out more or for board suggestions.

Social Committee

The purpose of the Social Committee is to facilitate events and activities for the Saddle Run Community that encourage the HOA membership to come together and interact. For more information about the events or to volunteer for the committee, please contact [email protected]

Long Term Planning Committee

The purpose of the Long Term Planning Committee (LTPC) is to provide the Board of Directors with a comprehensive plan for improvement, replacement and maintenance of the infrastructure and grounds of Saddle Run. For any questions or to volunteer on the committee, please contact [email protected]

Architectural and Landscaping Committee

The purpose of the Architecture and Landscaping Committee is to review any applications for modifications, additions or architectural changes in the community to ensure the aesthetic and structural integrity of Saddle Run. For any questions or to volunteer on the committee, please contact [email protected]

Please review the current By-Laws and Covenants for any specific requirements within Saddle Run as related to modifications, additions and changes. Once the application is submitted to [email protected], the Board of Directors will provide approval or request additional information within 30 days. The Architectural Request form can be found on the Resource Center page.

Stable Committee

The purpose of the Stable Committee is to oversee the Saddle Run Barn, Pastures, and Riding Ring and support the Stall Tenants. For any questions or to volunteer on the committee, please contact the stable manager [email protected].

The Saddle Run Stables is a unique self-service barn with a total maximum occupancy of seven (7) tenants. Currently the barn is full however if you are interested in learning more about the barn or joining the wait list, please contact the stable manager [email protected].

Pool and Playground Committee

The purpose of the Pool and Playground Committee is to oversee the Saddle Run Pool and Playground facilities. For any questions or to volunteer on the committee, please contact [email protected].

UPDATE Opening Dates for the Pool Season should be around the first week of May weather and permit pending. Access to the pool is granted through electronic key FOBs. If you would like to request a new or additional key FOB for $15.00, please contact [email protected] for details.
